Alain Jarre

Alain Jarre is a seasoned senior advisor, board member, and search fund investor with an extensive 35-year career in the high-tech industry. His professional journey spans both large enterprises and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), making him a versatile leader with a deep understanding of international business operations.

For the first two decades of his career, Alain held various roles across three global enterprises. Starting in R&D, he transitioned to product and regional marketing roles before rising to positions in business unit and general management. This foundation equipped him with broad technical, strategic, and leadership expertise.

In July 2008, Alain took the helm as Chairman and CEO of Recif Technologies, an SME specializing in innovative technologies. Over the next 15 years, he successfully restructured and expanded the company, driving growth and solidifying its position in the market.

In 2017, Alain orchestrated a management buyout (MBO) to further align Recif Technologies with its strategic goals. His leadership culminated in the acquisition of the company by Accuron Technologies in late 2023.

Now a trusted advisor and investor, Alain leverages his rich experience to guide businesses, fostering innovation and sustainable growth in the dynamic tech landscape.

Alain holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Computer Sciences from EFREI (1983–1988), an MBA from IAE de Paris (1992–1994), and an M.Phil. in International Economics from Université de la Méditerranée (2002–2004), blending technical expertise with business and economic insights.
