Jean-Philippe Marcon

Jean Philippe Marcon joined DECISION in 2016 after spending his entire career in the industry. After several years at Sundstrand and Hoover he joined the automotive industry by integrating FAURECIA in 1991 where he was responsible for the deployment and implementation of the Group’s factories at European and international level.

During these 25 years, he held several positions. He was in charge of the implementation of workshops, pilot plants with automation, robotization of installations and information retrieval work in a central system (production management – quality / traceability – logistics – maintenance, etc.).

Jean-Philippe Marcon is also a specialist in project management in maintenance engineering (mastering economic tools, management (TPM – 5S – KAISEN – SMED) and project management in R & D on the design of innovative, generic products Product / process co-engineering) in the automotive sector. He also held the position of project manager in international lean manufacturing.

Jean-Philippe is deprived of the CNAM of Sophia-Antipolis in maintenance engineering and the ESCP PARIS in project management, industrial and strategic.
