advises and helps companies as well as public or private organizations to master specifications for accessing national and international markets while highlighting their specific characteristics.

Isabelle Heller held strategic executive and operational positions in international third party activities: testing, certification, notified body services. She also participated in the governance of several European and international standardization organizations, in particular as Managing Director of Union Technique de l’Electricité (UTE), as Deputy Director of AFNOR Normalisation and Director for Certification within LCIE-Bureau Veritas.

Her experience of industry, where she held technical and marketing positions (current activities of GE Grid Solutions), of B to B services as well as the various leadership roles she played within organizations and professional associations in France and abroad (in particular in Russia) sharpened her sensitiveness to the challenges which companies and industrial sectors have to face.

Isabelle Heller holds a master of engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Paris (1977). She speaks French, English and Russian.
