Patrice Vaslot

Before joining DECISION as an expert of the semiconductor market and electronics industry, Patrice VASLOT worked 19 years at STMicroelectronics, where he became manager of the Corporate Market Research team, in charge of market statistics, strategic analysis and forecast. He was a member of the Statistics Working Group of ESIA (European Semiconductor Industry Association) and he served as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of WSTS (World Semiconductor Trade Statistics).

Beyond his core expertise in microelectronics markets, Patrice VASLOT has built a multi-sectoral experience. Since 2009, he has cooperated with several French professional organizations as economic adviser or project manager (FIEEC, ACN, Fédération de la Plasturgie, FNTR). From 1982 to 1990, he worked at BIPE, a leading French economic consultancy company, on various sectors of industry and services, and on the regional economic analysis.

Patrice VASLOT holds a master’s degree in Economic and Social Science, a bachelor’s degree in Laws and a certificate in advanced management.
